Located inside basement, in off door side. 4 screws to remove panel and hot water heater is located behind. Not sure if the tank is located there with your particular floor plan. Turn the top and bottom valves 1/4 turn to close those valve. Now the hot water will circulate and bypass the heater tank. Hope thats clear. It will become second nature soon.
